GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS

Abstract submission deadline is extended until Saturday, April 30 2022, due to multiple requests we received.

Abstract submission (open – close): January 3, 2022 – April 30, 2022.

The abstract must be written in English. Non-native speakers are encouraged to have their texts proofread before submission. The body of the abstract must be written in a single paragraph and have a maximum of 250 words. The body of the text must not contain figures, photos and tables.

Carefully fill out the requested information during the on-line submission process. Names, affiliations, e-mails etc. will not be proofread by the Rotifera XVI Scientific committee so make sure that that information are correct as they will be quoted as submitted in Rotifera XVI documents.

Abstracts may be submitted as oral and/or poster presentation. Please note that the Scientific committee reserves the right to suggest changes from oral to poster and vice versa.
One registered participant may submit and present one oral and two poster presentations as first author.

The abstracts will not be published in the Proceedings Book until your registration and full payment have been received.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. By submitting an abstract, the submitting author attests that the abstract submitted has been approved by all co-authors, and that it not been previously published elsewhere, and transfers, assigns, or otherwise conveys all copyright ownership for publication to Rotifera XVI organizers.

Presenters will be informed of the outcome of their submission until June 1, 2022, and acceptance as oral presentation or poster will be sent exclusively to the e-mail address of the author responsible for the presentation.  If you want to withdraw an abstract, please contact via e-mail: rotiferaXVI@biol.pmf.hr.


    ABSTRACT FORM

    (250 characters; Sentence case - capitalize only proper nouns)

    Fill in using the following capitalization: 1st Name(s) SURNAME(s); 2nd Name(s) SURNAME(s), etc.

    Keep as simple as possible and list consecutively in respect to author list: 1 – Institution name, Town, Country (e.g. 1 - University of Zagreb, Faculty of Science, Department of Biology, Zagreb, Croatia); 2 - Institution name, Town, Country etc.

    Fill in using the following capitalization: Name(s), SURNAME(s)

    Make sure e-mail is spelled correctly

    (35€ will be add to the registration payment)
